Product Introduction
Urea formaldehyde resin (UF resin) was synthesized by B Tollens in 1844 and was used in C. after 1896 After Goldschmidt et al.'s research, IG Company developed a UF resin condensation intermediate called Kanrit Leim in 1929, which could cure plywood at room temperature and attracted people's attention.
At present, due to its simple manufacturing, convenient use and good performance, urea formaldehyde resin adhesive has become the main adhesive in the production of wood-based panels in China, accounting for more than 90% of the adhesive used for wood-based panels
After years of research, Lvbao Chemical Plant has developed international adhesive manufacturing processes, as well as urea formaldehyde resin modifiers, solid waterproofing agents, liquid waterproofing agents, formaldehyde reducing and thickening agents, formaldehyde reducing adhesives, formaldehyde reducing agents, reinforcing agents, formaldehyde deodorizers, etc.
Adding this product can produce stable urea formaldehyde resin, E2 grade adhesive, E1 grade adhesive, E0 grade adhesive, US CARB certification, as well as Japanese F4 ★★★★ adhesive, impregnated paper adhesive, veneer adhesive, environmentally friendly cold pressed technology wood adhesive, various environmentally friendly waterproof adhesives, and boiling water for 3-72 hours to produce various high standard urea formaldehyde adhesives.
Manufacturer's usage characteristics: low odor, high strength, solidification, easy evaporation of moisture, saving flour, high production efficiency, etc. These advantages have received strong support from manufacturers, and the products are exported to countries such as Europe, the United States, and Japan.
